Dr. Merriam’s research interests include curriculum development and evaluation, and leadership and faculty development.
Clinical Interest
Sarah Merriam, MD is a Women’s Health fellow in the Division of Internal Medicine. Her clinical responsibilities include caring for women veterans at VA Pittsburgh and the supervision of housestaff in both primary care outpatient clinic and on inpatient wards.
Educational Interest
Dr. Merriam is currently pursuing a master’s degree in medical education and is interested in both medical student and resident education surrounding women’s health issues.
