Academy of Master Educators Inducts Six Physicians from the Division of General Internal Medicine

The Academy of Master Educators of the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine was established to achieve three goals: to give formal institutional recognition to faculty who consistently demonstrate excellence in the teaching of medical students, to advance the educational mission of the school by tapping these teachers for faculty development, and to support and promote educational scholarship.

The Academy of Master Educators recently appointed new members for 2009. The Division of General Internal Medicine is proud to announce that six members of our faculty received this honor:

  • Thuy Bui, MD
  • Peter Bulova, MD
  • Hollis Day, MD
  • Mark S. Roberts, MD, MPP
  • Gary Tabas, MD
  • Asher Tulsky, MD

Congratulations to the new members of the academy.
