Profile
Dr. Papachristou is an advanced endoscopist with special interest in novel therapies for pancreatobiliary disorders using ERPC/EUS. Dr. Papachristou’s research involves pancreatitis and pancreatic cancer. The Severity of Acute Pancreatitis Study (SAPS-1), which focuses on the genetic basis, immulonology and immune therapy of acute pancreatitis, is managed primarily by Dr. Papachristou.
