Profile
Zachary A. Marcum is an Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of Geriatrics and Department of Pharmacy and Therapeutics at the University of Pittsburgh and a Research Assistant in the Center for Health Equity Research and Promotion and Geriatric Research Education and Clinical Center at the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System. Dr. Marcum is currently enrolled in a PhD program in Clinical & Translational Science at the University of Pittsburgh’s Institute for Clinical Research Education. Dr. Marcum conducts clinical research in the areas of pharmacoepidemiology and health services interventions to measure and improve medication adherence and drug-related problems for older adults. He is an active member of a number of professional organizations including ACCP, AGS, ASCP, GSA, and ISPE.
